Meh on A Tree Without Roots
The premise was interesting, but the story takes a really bad turn. It basically had the foundation for a psychological crime drama and ended up being ra** and incarceration slop.

Rocks on Sudachi no Maoujou
This is actually so peak
the tags say romance but there rlly is not much, the story is more of a chaotic comedy with lore and sometimes intense moments.
a Lot of the characters can be a little extreme but it makes for funny interactions
below are my descriptions of the 3 mcs but it might be a lil spoiling for the very beginning of the story

To give a small description on the 3 main characters,
mc is a boy that works at a really low rated shop that prides themself for being the first place the hero shopped at or smth and he works the shop by himself bc his dad died - very nice and cheerful mc with the passion to succeed and improve
Meets previous demon lord and she turns him into a half demon and the new demon lord - she is small but it's not a romance focused story, her main goal is to figure out how to die bc she is like immortal - they get married in like the first couple of episodes but it's not the main focus of the story which I like, it just becomes like a gag to know that the mc is married or something
they meet the hero who defeated the previous demon lord but contrary to public opinion he is actually more of a sleazebag with a but of depression and a drinking problem - I like this dude hes funny - I can't say more bc then I would be spoiling part of the story

I can literally feel my heart hurting right now. This is not a story for weak-minded and weak-hearted people. It shows the reality of life people find hard to accept. Even the kindest person offering help hides a dagger in their other hand, ready to stab you the moment you take hold.
Amazing art, amazing narration, amazing translation and simply a marvelous storyline.
