we love the wholesomeness but the thing is this feel so inappropriate,the fact that they're sibling and the mr.mizuhara being the asshóle he is,not to mention it's also promoting to have sexual relationship with your siblings beecause of kanata's work,and lastly this manga straight up gives off pedophilia

Rocks on The Daily Life of the Immortal King
If you started reading this because you watched the Netflix anime, then you should know going in that this isn't that. The anime was much more in the vein of One Punch Man or Misfit of Demon King Academy. This is much closer to The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. Much more situational comedy as Wa** Liang tries to fly under the radar than Wa** Liang the reluctant hero of the anime. But, it's still really good, just different than what you might have expected.
