Pretty good on Divine Inconvenience
Starts off creepy af with an incel perv vag-blocking her. It gets better and better as we see why he is doing it and see him suffer

I finished in two days, i love this type of story that just glues my eyes on the screen! The relationship of the protagonists is really toxic at first but really interesting, also loved their character development!

What is historical romance, really? A genre, the smartasses among you will answer. And that is true. But shut the fu** up, I'm speaking. That's not how this works. I speak, and you listen in silence and, by göd, you nod saying I'm right. That's how this works.
Often times, historical romance is a costume. A fun veneer of appeareance, smeared upon a story that could effortlessy happen today. It's about fancy nobiliary titles that mean nothing, it's about sparkling clothes, and slapping impudent maids. That's it, full stop.
But then what if we put real effort in it? If we tell a story about society? About traditions, and morals, and the change in them? How about we write a compelling protagonist and a whole cast of real people that are not people but legitimately mere characters in a folklore tale? How about we made the tale true, both in narration and in the way we write it?
This is a masterpiece. It's a masterpiece because of its art, unique and characteristic. It's a masterpiece because of its writing and characters, profound, likeable and continuously developed. It's a masterpiece because of its morals and message it tells. It should feel like preaching, and it instead feels like an awesome, realistic endeavour of a scared but determined woman. The tension remains up, the confrontations and angst are there, the loveless love story is incredible and paced perfectly.
Do I even have to say it? GAI. (Grand Accolade of Ivern). My compliments to the author, too. There, now you can nod and say I'm right. This is the time for that. And then we can consider the review concluded: your reward is reading this manga knowing what great experience will be doing it.
