Rocks on Golden Kamui
I wish there were more stars available, this is honestly one of my favorite manga I've read! Combines an epic quest, tons of Japanese & Ainu history & culture, plus excellent characters with a ton of heart. A smidge of romance and a lot of endearingly stupid gags. This translation also has a glossary at the end from the translators to explain stuff, which rocks. And the end is emotionally satisfying. Just read it and strap in because it's a wild and wonderful ride
