Nice story

To start off the translation is particularly awful, so that hurts it.  The expressions of the characters in the panels don't really match what they are saying or talking about a good bit of the time. The premise is good and one I like in that a woman and man meet in their 60's or so, story doesn't give an exact age yet, then they get close but before they can express their feelings there is an attack of some kind and they pass away, up to this point the story is well done.  She regresses to her early 20's and all she knows about the man was his name was Armen.  Once back she immediately has the intelligence and maturity of a 13 year old.
