I think i understand perfectly what this is, a "filler manga", something that got published cause there was a space to be filled somwhere, it will probably get on hiatus as soon as somethign better can be serialized in his place.
It can came back after some time with some chapters if needed but it will never be something that you can count continuing, so don't lose time on this.
