Well this doesn't have 3 girls like the GmG title since it's 2 women and 1 man here, anyway this is what google told me..
The title Kashimashi loosely translates as "noisy, boisterous, or clamorous" and is derived from the Japanese phrase, "When three women gather, it is noisy" (女三人寄れば姦しい, Onna sannin yoreba kashimashii).
It's a nice slice of life cooking manga, I'm sure there is romance but it's not added in the tag list.
It's 5 star because it's not just a normal cooking manga but also recipes.
