Boku no Kanojo wa Haru wo Uru

Human Drama about a man who meets a cute girl on a dating app and quickly they fall for each other. However the girl lies about her job in her profile, saying she's in the fashion industry when she is in fact working as a prostitute. Eventually she reveals the truth to him, asking him: "Even if I date you, I won't quit my job. Can you still be with me?"
