To sum up, it was basically "does he love me back?" back and forth, which could have led to an epic love scene after he is fully better, but that doesn't happen...
Instead there's just a shot of their future kids.
I guess having kids was the endgoal the whole time.
But that's not revealed until the last chapter, which confused me a bit.
I would rate it as 4/5, the ending was mid.
